About Zip Squatter

Zip Squatter is a directory of featured real estate agents, one board for every US zip code. Positions on each board are sponsored, and any licensed agent can take one.

What the site does

Each zip board lists up to 25 agents in order of sponsorship level. An agent picks a zip, chooses a sponsorship amount, and appears on that board. The top position on a board costs a little more than the current top sponsorship. That is the entire product.

What the site does not do

Zip Squatter does not rank agents by sales, reviews, experience, or license status, and does not verify those things. A position is a sponsorship, not an endorsement. The site does not sell leads, does not share agent contact details, and does not run advertising beyond the sponsored positions themselves.

Who runs it

Zip Squatter is operated by Zip Squatter, an independent company. It is not affiliated with any MLS, real estate association, or listing portal. The company may hold sponsored positions under the same rules as every other agent. Questions go through the contact page.

Data sources

Zip code place names and coordinates come from GeoNames under the CC BY 4.0 license. Agent entries come only from the agents who sponsor them.
