By sponsoring a position on Zip Squatter you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

1. What you are buying

A sponsorship places your entry on the board for one zip code, ordered by sponsorship level as described in How positions work. It is a listing placement. It is not an endorsement, a ranking of performance, a lead, or a guarantee of any traffic or result.

2. Payments

Each sponsorship is charged in full, in US dollars, through Stripe. Sponsorships are not refundable, and earlier sponsorships are not credited toward later ones. Zip Squatter does not store card details.

3. Your entry

You confirm that the name, company, and link you provide are yours or that you are authorized to use them, and that you hold any license required to advertise your services in that area. Your entry must not contain false statements, offensive content, or links to unrelated or unlawful sites.

4. How you may describe a position

You may say you are a featured or sponsored agent for a zip code on Zip Squatter. You may not describe a position as a ranking of sales, quality, or performance, and you are responsible for following the advertising rules of your own licensing authority.

5. Removal and changes

Zip Squatter may remove or edit an entry that breaks these terms, that a third party shows is not the sponsor's to use, or that is required to be removed by law. Removal for a breach does not entitle you to a refund. You may ask to remove your own entry at any time through the contact page.

6. Availability

The site is provided as is. Boards, counters, and pages may change, pause, or close. Zip Squatter's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the sponsorship in question.

7. Changes to these terms

Updated terms appear on this page with a new date and apply to sponsorships made after that date. Last updated 2026-09-03.
