Privacy
Short version: the site stores what you type into the sponsorship form, shows the public parts on your entry, keeps your email private, and does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts.
What we collect
- Sponsorship form: your name, company, website link, email address, the zip code, the sponsorship amount, and the optional bio, years in business, specialties, languages, and license number.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. Zip Squatter never sees or stores your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
- Server logs: for every page view, the page address and the browser or bot identifier (user agent). These logs feed the AI and crawler counters shown on each page. The site does not store IP addresses in its database.
- Contact form: whatever you write, plus the email you give for a reply.
What is public
Your name, company, website link, bio and details, zip code, position, and sponsorship amount appear on the zip board and on your agent page. These pages are public and may be indexed by search engines and read by AI assistants.
What stays private
Your email address is never displayed on the site or shared with other sponsors. It is used to match you when you raise a sponsorship, to send Stripe's payment receipt, and to reply if you contact us.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies of its own and loads no analytics or advertising scripts. Stripe Checkout, on Stripe's own pages, may set cookies under Stripe's policy.
Retention and removal
Entries stay on the boards until you ask for removal or the site closes. To correct or remove your entry, use the contact page from the email you sponsored with. Payment records are kept as long as required for accounting.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. Last updated 2026-09-03.
